So, it looks like I have it set up so that your first-ever comment must be approved by me. After that, as long as you keep your name and e-mail the same (it may only go by e-mail; still trying to figure that out) then your comments will appear immediately. If you provide more than 2 links, I must also approve the comment. I was going to have it so that I had to approve every single comment, but I’ll try it like this for now.
Also, language is frowned upon here. If you use one bad word, your comment may be deleted immediately without review by the system. I have it set up that way, but I have no further control, meaning if you typed a really long essay, but dropped the f-bomb once, the whole comment will be what is called ’blacklisted’. So don’t try it.
I also have the power to edit every single comment, so if you got past both the blacklist and the approval process and your comment appears immediately, I can still change any comment. Obviously, it would be stupid of me to go around changing comments unless I really had a reason to. The only reason would be for language, or if it was completely unconstructive (or destructive). Actually if it was completely unconstructive, I could just delete it. Yes, I can delete any comment. If for some reason you had an emotional attachment to what you wrote, consider saving it in a Word file. I personally save all the e-mail messages that I send because I like to see what I wrote to some people.
